On the outside, the British royal family appears as this picture-perfect group of people who can do no wrong.

I think that’s exactly why we love Prince Harry so much — he’s a bit of a black sheep in the family, and although he’s cleaned his image up over the years, we love to take a walk down memory lane and reminisce about the good old days from time to time.

Most of us see Price Harry as a sophisticated, married man these days. I mean, just look at these two lovebirds!

I don’t care what anyone says. They’re going to be together forever.

Perfect couple aside, it’s easy to forget that not long ago, he was just a lad in a boarding school for boys. It was back in 2003, to be exact.

They grow up so quickly, don’t they?

Prince Harry once attended Eton, a private boarding school whose list of alumni also includes other big names like Tom Hiddleston, Hugh Laurie,  Eddie Redmayne, and Damian Lewis.

Not a shabby track record if I do say so myself.

What’s funny is that recently, the internet has discovered a collection of professional photos that were taken of Harry during his younger days at Eton.

He has a framed picture of his mother on his desk and I’m weak.

Seriously, it was a prearranged session where Harry basically gave a tour of his school and a professional photographer took pictures of the whole thing.

Here he is pretending to do homework.

We’ve been blessed with very intimate photos of Prince Harry making toast in the dorms.

And he’s good at it too! It’s not even burnt!

We get to see Harry posing with his good buddy, this friendly skeleton, which you just know that all the boys have cleverly given a nickname to.

But not before whipping up a quick painting for the fellow commoners, of course.

I’ll always have an empty spot in my heart that only seeing the final product of this painting could fill.

Perhaps our favorite photo of all is the one where he’s sitting back in his chair. We get a pretty good glimpse at how Harry chose to decorate his dorm, and it’s…interesting.

He looks so proud of it all, does he not?

If you’re incredibly nosy like me, then you instantly zoomed in to take a closer look at the goods. Unsurprisingly, it featured a fair number of women in bikinis.

Classic teenage boy move, Harry.

And then, of course, there’s the Sony stereo, complete with a few mementos of home, and a cassette deck where he likely listened to “God Save the Queen” each morning.

But perhaps the most wonderful decor of all is this carefully cut-out photo of Halle Berry before her Catwoman days were even a thing!

I’m 0% surprised by this, honestly.

I mean, I can’t blame him! Halle Berry has always been absolutely talented, gorgeous, and just a pretty cool human in general.

And as much as I already respected her, she just stepped it up a level in my books after calling Prince Harry out on Twitter for having her picture up in his dorm.

“Ok #PrinceHarry, I see you!” she tweeted.

Could you just imagine telling 18-year-old Prince Harry that one day, that magazine cut-out of Halle would be spread across the entire internet and that Halle herself would see it?

I’m sure he’d be mortified and ecstatic at the same time. I like to imagine that’s how he’s feeling right about now, anyway.
